Who tuned into watch the BAFTAs? Notice anything familiar? No, we’re not talking about your fave stars we’re talking about what they wore. 2020 was the year the BAFTAs turned green and we are 100% here for it. Attendees were asked to re-wear old outfits on the red carpet or opt for another sustainable option to achieve Baftas goal of carbon neutrality. This year ‘outfit repeater’ was a compliment and ‘we’ve seen this before’ guaranteed a place on every best dressed list. Not everyone seemed to have got the memo but the stars that did, didn’t disappoint serving look after look, with zero harm to the planet. Here are our top picks from the evening that we’re definitely going to recreate …

2. Joaquin Phoenix

We’ve seen this before! Joaquin Phoenix stuck to his word re-wearing his Stella McCartney suit for the third time this award season.

3. Saoirse Ronan

This little woman proved you can be glamourous and green in a classic Gucci gown made from discarded black satin. Gorge!
