We’ve created some Creative Journal spreads to help you get on top of things as you’re thrown into university life.

On the tools checklist

All the essential tools you need to create your ‘omg I’m a fresher’ journal pages. Your pages have to be fun to look at or you won’t want to keep using them!

  • Colourful pens
  • Ruler
  • Stickers
  • Washi Tape
  • Notebook
  • Sticky tabs

Savings Tracker

Going to university can be one of the first times you have to manage how to spend your money on more than just fun! To quote Destiny’s Child, bills, bills, bills will be rolling in all over the place. Juggling rent, food shopping and nights out can be a tricky activity. Using this illustrated savings tracker, you can set yourself savings goals and visualise how much you’re saving. If the cactus isn’t filling up, you might swap your ubers for night busses.  The right hand side of the page is to record how you can swap one more expense activity for it’s cheaper counterpart!

Meal Planner

Leaving behind mums cooking can be heartbreaking, (depending on the mum) but with this meal planner you can write down your home comfort favourites and remember what you need to pick up from the shop.  Using the sticky tabs, you can plan what you want, when – without committing too much. You never know when you’ll feel like going for a little Nandos.

Study Tracker

No matter what course you’ll be studying, there will be things to learn! It could be for research, essays or inspiration. It could be online, hardcopy, magazine, film, audio, books, interviews. The list is endless! Adapt this reading list to suit your course and stay motivated to learn all that you can. Each time you finish a chapter, listen to an hour or watch an episode, fill in a box to mark your accomplishment. The habit tracker will help you to keep on top of all those self love / life admin things that are just as important as reading those chapters.
