DOES THE CENTRE HAVE BABY CHANGING FACILITIES?

Yes, baby changing facilities are located in Peacocks Place and Wolsey Place by the toilets.

WHERE ARE THE TOILETS LOCATED?

The toilets in Peacocks Place are located next to TKMaxx and Subway. The toilets in Wolsey Place are located by the entrance from Market Walk next to The Fragrance Shop.

IS THE CENTRE DISABLED FRIENDLY?

Yes. Woking Shopmobility offers power scooters, manual and powered wheelchairs for hire, available for booking in advance. A companion service is also available to those unable to use a powered wheelchair or scooter, or who require extra assistance. A small charge is payable for the services. In addition to a dedicated Shopmobility centre and access from the car park to all levels of the Peacock centre via the lifts, Woking Shopping also offers: Accessible toilets - situated on Wolsey Place and Peacocks Place, Street level step-free entrances to allow easy access, automatic doors for ease of customers, a hearing loop is available in the Centre Management Suite located on Level 3 of the Blue Car Park.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED IN THE CENTRE?

The dogs are now allowed in the Centre, unless it’s an assistance dog.

CAN I RIDE MY BIKE IN THE CENTRE?

No, Bikes are not allowed in the Centre.

HOW FAR AWAY IS THE TRAIN STATION FROM WOKING SHOPPING?

Woking Shopping is under 5 minutes walk from the train station.

WHERE ARE THE ATMS LOCATED WITHIN THE SHOPPING CENTRE?

Cash Machines are located in Town Mall next to Primark (Santander), in Wolsey Place Middle Walk (Yorkshire Building Society), in the Post Office, by Specasevers (Nationwide Building Society), and by Eurochange.

WHAT HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN PLACE WITHIN THE CAR PARK?

There is a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m.

WHAT IS THE NEAREST CAR PARK TO THE NEW VICTORIA THEATRE?

Blue Car Park is the nearest to the Victoria Theatre.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A FACE MASK WHEN WALKING THROUGH THE CENTRE?

Yes. Following the Government Guidelines, face coverings are mandatory in enclosed public spaces – including shops, supermarkets, shopping centres.

It is compulsory to wear a face-covering when buying food and drink to take away from cafes and shops. If you are in the premises where you are able to sit down and consume food or drink that you have bought, then you can remove your face covering in order to eat and drink on-site. Face coverings will not be mandatory for: Anyone under the age of 11 or those with disabilities or certain health conditions, such as respiratory or cognitive impairments that make it difficult for them to wear a face-covering.
