Are you an experienced retail/ fashion manager looking for your next challenge?

If the answer is yes , we want to hear from you! We are looking for a Store Manager to take ownership of our Woking store whilst leading and inspiring the team. 

You Will Be Expected To:

Manage the overall operation of the store to ensure that sales and profitability targets are achieved and exceeded.
Monitor KPI's closely to maximise customer conversion and add on sales.
To take appropriate action to address performance issues when and where necessary.
Recruit, train, motivate and develop your team to optimise store performance, ensuring all staff achieve the highest levels of customer service through excellent product knowledge and regular training.
Ensure that company standards and controllable costs are managed effectively.

You Will Have:

Previous experience in managing a team by leading, motivating, training and developing through active management.
Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a premium fashion environment.
Previous experience in managing KPI performance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

Part-time sales – 20 hours per week including weekends – preferred menswear experience or relevant retail sales and customer service experience.

 

Full-time sales – 39 hours per week including weekends – Preferred menswear experience or relevant retail sales and customer service experience.

 

Weekend sales – covering Saturday and Sunday – Sales experience in fashion preferred.

 

All candidates should have a passion for branded menswear fashion. These positions are sales led so all candidate should have the ability and confidence to generate sales as well as demonstrating excellent customer service.
