We have recently secured the contract to programme, present and operate two music-focussed arenas. The historic Globe in Stockton, and the brand-new Digital Arena on the waterside in Swansea. In the US, we run two theatres on Broadway and manage venues in Brooklyn, New Orleans, San Antonio, Boston and Houston.  ATG operates the two venues presenting Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in the US: the Lyric Theatre on Broadway and the Curran Theatre in San Francisco. In Europe, we operate theatres in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bochum. 

We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to lead on our IT Security. The purpose of this role is to ensure ATG’s assets and its data are secure and continuously protected, whilst also acting as the primary consultant to ATG on its current security threat, vulnerability and RISK position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the definition, implementation and continuous monitoring of all ATG security policies, processes, procedures and plans creating a central Information Security Management System (ISMS).

  • Responsible for any IT Security audit action plans.

  • Owner of the IT risk and control register with accountability for any improvement plans.

  • Accountable for the preparation of information security risk, governance and compliance reports to senior management.

  • Deliver and chair regular information security risk reporting to executive management, audit and risk committees, security and cyber forums.

  • Complete evaluations on new and existing 3rd party supplier’s security posture.

  • Support the execution of general data privacy processes.

The successful candidate will bring:

  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role e.g. experience in both Security Operations and Security Assurance.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of security policies, audits, governance and RISK compliance frameworks including industry and security best practises e.g. PCIDSS, ISO27001 & GDPR etc.

  • Extensive technical understanding in all aspects of IT e.g. Infrastructure, O/S & Applications.

  • Deep understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure designs including Firewall functionality, encryption, host and network intrusion detection systems.

  • Proven experience of threat assessment and vulnerability management across complex business structures.

  • Experience of enforcing legislation such as Data Protection and Computer Misuse Act.

  • Strong analytical with exceptional verbal and written communications skills – must have the ability to articulate technical knowledge and understanding to non-technical audiences.

  • Extensive stakeholder management experience - must include c-level engagement.

  • Ability to build strong and trusted relationships both internally and externally.
