Meet the Manager

Here at the Woking Shopping we aim to provide you with the highest standards of service when visiting the Shopping Centre and our retailer's stores. Everyone in our team is committed to provide you with a clean, safe, friendly and above all enjoyable shopping and leisure environment. I really do want to hear from you if our standards are not up to your expectations or any suggestions you may have to improve our service.

As a major provider of employment in the local area as well as a large user of resources the Woking Shopping team continually seeks to reduce the impact it has on the environment and improve links with the local community it serves. As such we welcome approaches from local charities and community groups to discuss how we can assist you in your endeavours.

We always try to provide you with a great selection of stores but please contact me in case we lack some of your favourite shops and I will make sure that your request is passed on to our letting agents. If you have received exceptional service from one of our retailers or a member of the Woking Shopping team, I would also like to hear from you in order that I can thank them personally and reward them for making your visit even more enjoyable.

You can email me direct on John-paul.jackson@woking-shopping.co.uk or call me on 01483 741000 I look forward to hearing from you,

John-Paul Jackson

Operated by Woking Community Transport, the Town Centre Buggy offers free transport, Monday to Friday, between 9.30am and 1.30pm for anyone who has difficulties getting around the pedestrianised areas of Woking Town Centre.  The Buggy calls at a number of popular spots around the Town Centre and is quite flexible, although cannot operate inside the Shopping Centres.
